The reality of administrative bias in sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

The problem of the research lies in the presence of a weakness in the bio-kinetic The importance of the research is to study the reality of administrative bias in clubs in the Kurdistan region of Iraq by applying the administrative bias scale questionnaire to the general bodies of sports clubs in the region and identifying their administrative bias. The research aimed to identify the level of administrative bias from the point of view of the general bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. As well as preparing a questionnaire to measure administrative bias in sports clubs in the Kurdistan region of Iraq from the point of view of their public bodies. The researchers adopted the descriptive approach using the survey method in order to suit the nature and problem of the study. The population and sample consisted of the general bodies of the clubs of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and they were selected randomly. After that, the Administrative Bias Questionnaire scale consisting of (30) statements was prepared and applied, and the statistical package (SPSS) was used. (Amos and the (Statistical Assistant) program. The researchers concluded to prepare a questionnaire to measure administrative bias, and the results also indicated that club administrations in the Kurdistan region of Iraq have a high degree of administrative bias for all aspects of the questionnaire. One of the most important recommendations is the adoption of the Administrative Bias Scale Questionnaire due to its effectiveness in measuring what it was designed for and it can be applied to other sports institutions, as well as emphasizing sports clubs’ commitment to administrative transparency and fairness in all sports club policies.
