The role of leadership to planning scouting activities from the point of view of physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education in Kerbala

Abstract

The study aimed to prepare a standard for administrative leadership and planning for scouting education activities in the General Directorate of Karbala Education and to identify administrative leadership and planning from the point of view of physical education teachers in the Karbala Education Directorate. And to learn about the role of leadership in planning scouting activities from the point of view of physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Karbala Education, the researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relationships. The research community included physical education teachers in the Karbala Education Directorate, their number was (220). The sample of the exploratory experiment was (20) teachers, and the sample of preparation (100) and application (100). The researcher used scientific foundations for preparing two scales (leadership and planning). The researcher concluded that there was a discrepancy among teachers in implementing plans for scouting activities at the level of the General Directorate of Education. The researcher recommended the necessity of coordination between the General Directorate of Education and social institutions regarding scouting activities because of its role at the community level.
