A recreational program and its impact to learning some basketball skills among female students of the College of Education

The study aimed to identify the effect of the recreational program on learning several basketball skills (holding the ball, receiving the ball, passing, dribbling, scoring) among second-year female students in the College of Physical Education. The research community was identified as second-year female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year 2024-2025, numbering (40) female students. (20) female students were selected by simple lottery, where the sample percentage for the community reached 50%. The sample was distributed into two groups (experimental and control), with (10) female students for each group. The exploratory experiment amounted to (10) female students. The most important thing that the research results reached is the presence of an effect of the recreational program in learning basic basketball skills among female students of the College of Education for Girls - Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. There were also differences between the control and experimental groups according to the recreational program for female students of the College of Physical Education at Al-Qadisiyah University.Downloads
