The research aims to identify the training method according to ground levels (sloping slope) and its impact on some functional abilities (pulse rate, respiratory efficiency, blood pressure of both types) and physical abilities (explosive power of the legs, agility, transitional speed) and motor achievement (performance and achievement level) for effectiveness The triple jump for students and the researchers used the experimental method
The two experimental groups and the exercises are similar and the difference is only in the ground levels (sloping and elevated) and the research community was deliberately chosen from the students of the Department of Physical Education / Third Phase (2020-2021) at the University of Sulaymaniyah, and their number was (61) students and the researchers chose the original research sample from the research community Their number was (20) students divided into two experimental groups equally, and this means that each experimental group was (10) students. The sample was chosen randomly after receiving the official lists from the College Registration Division and the department. The sample was chosen from the official lists of each study division. The researchers relied on choosing even numbers from two divisions.
(A, B) As for Division (C), it was for exploratory experiments, and the educational units were implemented by one educational unit according to the health instructions from the Ministry, the University and the College, which always stipulates one day a week for fear of the Corona pandemic and for a period of (8) weeks through a game teacher The researchers used the statistical package (SPSS) to analyze and discuss the results, the most important of which was the presence of statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote tests in most of the functional and physical abilities and motor achievement in favor of the post tests. The researchers recommended the use of the various terrains in the college and university during athletics lessons.
