Psychological compatibility and its relationship with the spirit of challenge among the young players of the clubs of Najaf Governorate in Handball

Abstract

1.Identify the psychological compatibility and spirit of challenge among the young players of clubs of Najaf Governorate in handball .

2.Identify  the relationship between psychological compatibility and the spirit of challenge among the young players of clubs of Najaf Governorate in handball .

The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the two methods of survey study and correlation relations, and the research community identified the young players of the clubs of Najaf Governorate in handball, which amounted to 50 young players, then selected a sample  from the Kufa and Najaf clubs by (30) players randomly to apply the measures of psychological compatibility and spirit of challenge, using appropriate statistical treatments to get the results.
