Abstract

The research aims to:

  1. Identify the effect of the inverse method on the art of performance for the stages of rising and steadfastness in snatch among  female college students

2.Identify  the effect of the method used on the art of performance for the stages of rising and steadfastness in snatch among female college students .                                                                            

3.Compare the effect between the inverse and the followed methods on the art of  the performance  for the stages of rising and steadfastness  in snatch among  female college students.                                   

The researchers used the experimental approach by designing   two groups( experiment and control), due to  its suitability  for the  nature  of the research problem . The research sample included (18) students of  the first academic year of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science University of Sulaymaniyah for the academic year 2017-2018. The researchers used a number of tools and devices and means to collect data and scientific  observation  to evaluate (the art of performance) and conduct the pilot study of the method and scientific observation and the application of two identifying units. The pre-test (the art of performance) was conducted  for the two stages and the application of the curriculum and then  the post-test .The researchers used a system (SPSS) to process the data. The researchers concluded that:                                     1.The use of the educational curriculum in the inverse method demonstrated a positive effect on the art of performance for the stages of rising and steadfastness in snatch among female college students .     

2.The traditional method has a significant effect on the art of performing art for the stages of rising and steadfastness in snatch among female college students .                                                                          

3.The effect of using the educational curriculum in the inverse method outweighed the use of the method used in the art of performance for the stages of rising and steadfastness in snatch among female college students of the research sample.
