Abstract

The aim of the present study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of technical skills in e-Learning from the point of view of second-year students to bachelor's and master's level and to explore the possibilities available for the use of technological Learning in second year students. The study also sought to find out how students benefit from scientific research publications via intranet and detection .The extent to which students understand the benefits of using technology Learning in sports institutions and know whether there is a difference in the use of technology in the Learning of students of physical education due to a set of variables (specialization, level D Rasi, and the academic rate.).

The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of technical skills in e-Learning The possibilities available to students to use Technological Learning on the use of scientific research publications for all students are low-grade, which is weak, which is a barrier to the application of technological Learning in the field of sport. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the students of physical education in the use of technology in Learning due to the level of study in favor of master students and the presence of Market statistically significant between the physical education students in the use of technology in Learning due to the specialization of academic specialization Salehtalbh management and moving sports

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the students of physical education in the use of technology in Learning due to the academic rate, for students with a rate of between 10 and less than 12 and students with a rate greater than 12 and less than 14 and students rate from 12 to less than 14 Indicating the impact of the rate on students' abilities and awareness of the importance of Learning technology.

The most important recommandations are to encourage students to learn foreign language, especially English, so that they can use learning technology as needed, and to create mechanisms to motivate students to research and stimulate their motivation to learn through diversification of research and Learning resources
