The  research has been limited to sports coaches in the middle Euphrates and the southern region. The research sample included (213) sports coaches. The researcher sought to build two scales and follow the scientific steps in their construction, and extracted  the psychometric properties in the indicators of validity and reliability .The researcher has used the appropriate statistical methods to achieve the objectives of his research using the statistical package  SPSS in extracting the results of  the  research
