The role of sports culture for members of the administrative bodies of committees and clubs in the Iraqi Paralympic Committee

Abstract

Management is a human process aimed at achieving specific goals and means a set of relationships, contacts and interactions between groups and professions with different goals and aspirations. The Iraqi Paralympic Committee As for the research method, so the researcher used the descriptive method because it is relevant to the nature of the problem. And the research sample, as the research sample was chosen by the comprehensive inventory method and was represented by the members of the committees and clubs of the Paralympic Committee, who numbered (80 members). The recommendations are to raise the culture among the members of the sports club community and instill in them according to sports and its sound concepts.
