Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of the three-way dialogue strategy in learning the side and straight punch skill in boxing for students. The researchers used the experimental approach with an experimental design with a pre and post test for two equal groups (experimental and control) due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community was determined by the students of the second stage, the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Babylon, for the academic season 2021-2022, whose number is (218) students. As the research sample was chosen randomly and it was represented by Division (C) with (43) students and a percentage of (19.724%), and the sample was divided into two groups (experimental and control) with (20) students for each group. (3) students were excluded for not attending. The exercises consisted of a three-way dialogue prepared by the two researchers. The main section consisted of (30) minutes, divided into the educational side (10) and the applied side (20 minutes). The researchers applied the exercises using the three-way dialogue method on the sample of the experimental group for the period from 1/2/2022 to 1/4/2022 and on the boxing hall in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon. One of the most important conclusions reached by the researchers is that the proposed exercises using the three-way dialogue method had a positive effect on learning the straight and side punch skills of the students.
