Abstract

The importance of the research lies in using an educational program according to visual thinking networks to identify its effect on flexible thinking and some basic football skills for the students of Al-Israa Middle School for Boys, first grade, in the Diwaniyah District Center in the Diwaniyah Education Directorate for the academic year (2022-2023), who number (134) students. They represent (4) classes, and the researcher used the experimental approach in the style of two equal groups to suit it in applying his field procedures. As for the research sample, it included (32) students who were chosen by lottery and were from the two divisions (C and D), and those who were chosen by lottery became division ( d) Experimental group and division

(c) The control sample. The necessary tools and equipment were used in the research and the steps for its implementation, which included preparing an educational program according to the visual thinking networks, the exploratory experiment, and the main field experiment included in the pre-tests, applying an educational program according to the visual thinking networks, and then the post-tests. The researcher concluded that the students needed an educational program. According to visual thinking networks to help them in flexible thinking and some basic skills in football, the researcher recommends taking advantage of modern programs in lectures because of their major role in flexible thinking and some basic skills in football.
