Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of various training loads on lactic ability and some biochemical variables among badminton players. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research. The research sample included (7) badminton players, and the duration of the program’s implementation lasted for (8) years. Weeks at a rate of (4) training units per week, and after implementing the program within the prescribed period, the researcher reached the following conclusions: The level of lactic ability of the research sample improved, and the percentage of red blood cells and hemoglobin improved. The researcher recommends adopting the implemented program and implementing it during the training modules for the effectiveness
