The vitality of conscience and its relationship to functional creativity among physical education teachers at the Center Babylon Governorate

The importance of the research is crystallized in helping the group of physical education teachers understand the nature of the concept of vitality of conscience by developing a tool through which they can measure the extent of vitality of conscience and the functional creativity of physical education teachers and the relationship between them, and in this way the teacher can determine the truth. The problem of the research lies in creativity. The career level of physical education teachers is affected by several aspects, including external and internal aspects. In order to develop and advance this creativity, it is necessary to know the nature of the vitality of conscience. Therefore, the researcher decided to prepare two measures of the vitality of conscience and functional creativity and the nature of the relationship between them in order to help those interested in teachers’ affairs to develop appropriate plans for advancement. In the educational process, the study aimed to prepare two measures of vitality of conscience and functional creativity, to identify the reality of vitality of conscience and functional creativity. Sports in the governorate center. Babylon. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational relationships to achieve the research objectives. The research community included (130) physical education teachers in the Babylon Governorate Center. The researcher concluded:

  1- The group of physical education teachers possess good vitality and conscience in the center of Babylon Governorate.

2- The segment of physical education teachers has good job creativity in the center of Babylon Governorate.

 3- The results showed that there is a positive moral correlation between conscientiousness and professional creativity in physical education.
