The effect of the gradual activities strategy on the level of effective performance of the long jump stages among students

Abstract

Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of the strategy, graded activities, mental alertness, the level of performance, and the effectiveness of the long jump for students achieved for this event. As for the research methodology, the researchers used the experimental method to suit the requirements of the research. The researchers defined the research community as first-year students at the College of Basic Education and Physical Education at the University of Sulaymaniyah. The number of them reached (61) male and female students, (10) female and (51) male students, where (38) students were randomly selected (19) students for each academic section randomly, by lottery, and they were distributed into two groups ( Experimental and control), the most important research conclusions: The strategy of graded activities and the method followed proved effective in developing the level of performance of the research sample between the pre- and post-tests, and the strategy of graded activities proved its effectiveness in developing the level of performance of the research sample between the post-tests for the benefit of the experimental group.
