Abstract

The research aims to prepare skill exercises according to Keller’s model in attentional control and learn the skills of shooting from stability and movement in basketball for female students, and to identify the effect of skill exercises according to Keller’s model in attentional control and learn the skills of shooting from stability and movement in basketball for female students. The importance of the research lies in preparing skill exercises according to Keller’s model in attentional control and learning the shooting skills of stability and movement in basketball for female students, out of our belief in improving this game by giving an equal opportunity to all female students and providing them with sufficient time to learn, and they can also be given additional time if not the specified time. Sufficient. The educational curriculum took (8) weeks divided into (4) weeks to learn the free throw skill and (4) weeks to learn the peaceful shooting skill, with two educational units per week. The time of one educational unit was (90) minutes. The control group implemented the educational method followed by the teaching staff.
