Abstract

Speed and motor expectation is an essential element in the performance of the goalkeeper. It enables them to respond effectively to the challenges and pressure in the matches, and increase their chances of brilliance and success. Therefore, goalkeepers must work hard to develop this decisive character to achieve a distinguished performance on the field. As the goalkeeper's confrontation can have a decisive opportunity to have a great impact on the outcome of the match and through the work of the researcher as a coach for age groups and through the viewing, he noticed that there is a weakness in the characteristics of speed for some guards, and from here this problem has emerged and it may be one of the most important reasons is not to use exercises that work To highlight this capacity to identify the effect of SICO training in developing the types of speed (the speed of the motor response, the transitional speed and the distinctive strength of the speed) and the motor expectation of the goalkeepers was (7) goalkeepers and identified appropriate tests and conduct tribal tests and the researcher performed the main experience and for a period (7) Weeks were applied for saku, which is an integrated complementary training system of three components: Speed Speed, the speed of change of trend, kinetic speed, and dimension tests.
