The research aims to reveal the significance of statistical differences in a number of physical variables between the pre- and post-tests for the two research groups that used simultaneous and successive training for youth handball players. And to identify the statistical differences in a number of physical variables between the two research groups that used training using the simultaneous and successive method in the post-test. The researchers used the experimental method because it suits the nature and problem of the research. The researchers concluded that the first experimental group that used the synchronous training method achieved positive development in all the physical variables under study. The second experimental group, which used the successive training method, achieved positive development in all the physical variables under study. All effects were in favor of the second experimental group, which used the sequential training method, except for the two variables, agility, and the explosive strength of the legs, in favor of the first experimental group, which used the simultaneous training method.
