High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has emerged as an effective exercise strategy for promoting weight loss, improving body composition, and enhancing physical fitness within relatively short periods. The significance of this study lies in examining the use of HIIT to reduce body weight among men aged 30–35 years who attend fitness centers. The study aimed to design a specialized HIIT training program lasting two months and comprising 24 training sessions to reduce body weight in men attending fitness centers, as well as to identify differences between the pre- and post-tests in the experimental sample. The researchers adopted an experimental approach, given its suitability for the nature of the research problem. The sample consisted of 10 physically inactive male participants recruited from Class Gym fitness center. The results demonstrated that HIIT exercises were effective in reducing body weight among men aged 30–35 years. Accordingly, the study recommends that physically inactive individuals attending fitness centers engage in structured training programs, including HIIT, given its potential contribution to weight reduction.
