Hence the importance of the research in preparing special exercises in developing the articulated flexibility of the muscles of the arms of the players when they are at the beginning of their sports career in order to avoid what happens with injured players in the advanced stages of age. Youngsters in the arm used and is constantly increasing during training or competitions and these injuries are concentrated in three main joints (shoulder, elbow, wrist), because of these joints of an important and effective role while using the racket to score points, as hitting table tennis requires agility, flexibility and speed It is high due to the lightness of the racket and the ball and the incorrect position of the body, which leads to various injuries in the arm used for young players. The researchers attribute this to the weakness and imbalance in the muscle groups working on the arm used. Therefore, the researchers decided to shed light on this problem in how to reduce these injuries and the possibility of avoiding them through the development of special exercises that have an effect on the muscle groups working on the joints of the arm used to avoid injury that can occur to young players during training or competition in the future and try to reduce the percentage of injuries In a way that ensures that the table tennis player benefits from those exercises developed, the research aims to prepare special exercises to develop the articulatory flexibility of the arm muscles for table tennis juniors, as well as identifying the effect of special exercises in developing the articular flexibility of the arm muscles for the members of the research sample.
