The effect of educational exercises using the Reciprocal method of learning the technical performance of the long jump event.

Teaching athletics in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences is a relatively difficult subject as (athletics includes many events including running, throwing and jumping of all kinds), so each teacher must test the teaching method according to the specificity of each of these events in order to achieve his educational goals.
The researcher noted that most students have difficulty learning the effectiveness of the long jump and its difficulty lies in the last three steps of the experimental run and the subsequent stage of upgrading and advancement as both phases have a significant and fundamental impact on the later stages which are (flight and landing stage).
Therefore, the researcher decided to train her and teach students in a reciprocal way because the characteristics of this method are commensurate with the specificity of this competition and hence the importance of research using the reciprocal method to learn the artistic performance of the long jump event.
